Joe C. Corradino
Founder,
Chief Executive Officer
The firm was founded in Louisville, Kentucky in 1971. It quickly established a national reputation as a planning consultant to major light-rail and subway projects in Miami and Los Angeles. This led to several assignments in Houston and Detroit. In 1984, the firm acquired a well-established architecture and engineering practice (since 1957) in Miami, Carr Smith Associates. Start-up of companies specializing in communications and environmental management were next. The merger of all companies occurred in 1997, and other acquisitions have followed or are in the process.

Although established for decades prior, the architectural division began work on significant architectural projects in 1993. Since that time, Corradino architects have established their own unique identity within the firm. Evidence of Corradino's architectural success can be seen throughout the South Florida landscape.
